How to order

made to order 訂製

我們小小的工作室一般很少庫存，以訂製為主。歡迎透過 email 或 IG 私訊與我們聯繫訂製，製作時間約需五週。

At eshen ceramics studio, we keep minimal stock — most of our work is made to order. You’re welcome to contact us via email or Instagram message to discuss custom pieces — the production time is approximately five weeks.

stocksale 線上商店

工作室會不定期釋出我們於訂單以外製作的作品，尺寸和數量以網站上公佈為準，可直接於網站上購買。一般在三個工作天內會寄出。海外訂購請直接以email和我們聯絡，方便確認郵寄方式和運費。

Some special editions or experimental pieces made outside of regular orders, are updated online from time to time. They are available for direct online purchase. Orders of stocksale usually ship within three business days. For international orders, please contact us directly via email to confirm shipping details.

Shipping

臺灣 domestic shipping

臺灣國內以黑貓宅配寄送，一般寄出後兩日內送達。

For domestic shipping within Taiwan, we use Black Cat (TA-Q-BIN), and orders usually arrive within two days after being sent.

國際 International shipping

國際運送請以email和我們確認運費細節。寄送方式可選擇郵局包裹 (經濟)、Fedex、DHL或UPS寄送 (快速)，寄出後會提供追蹤單號。請留意，若有關稅或報關費用產生，將依各國規定由當地海關向您收取，這部分不包含在運費中。

For international orders, please email us to confirm shipping details and rates.
You may choose from economy postal service, or express delivery via FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
A tracking number will be provided after the order has been shipped. Kindly note that any customs duties or clearance fees required by your country’s regulations will be collected by your local customs office, and are not included in the shipping fee.
