made to order 訂製

我們是一個小規模的工作室，僅有很少量的庫存，以訂製為主。請透過email或Instagram訊息和我們聯繫訂製的相關細節。訂製製作期為五週左右。

Eshen Ceramics is a small studio that keeps very little stock — most of our work is made to order. You’re welcome to contact us via email or Instagram message to discuss custom pieces — the production time is approximately five weeks.

stocksale 線上庫存

工作室會不定期釋出部分作品，尺寸和數量以網站上公佈為準，可直接線上購買。一般在三個工作天內會寄出。

For stocksale items (updated from time to time) purchased via our website, we usually ship within three days.

Shipping

臺灣 domestic shipping

臺灣國內以黑貓宅配寄送，一般寄出後兩日內送達。

For domestic shipping within Taiwan, we use Black Cat (TA-Q-BIN), and orders usually arrive within two days after being sent.

國際 International shipping

國際寄送可選擇郵局包裹 (經濟)、DHL或UPS寄送 (快速)，出貨後會提供追蹤單號。請留意，依各國規定不同，若有關稅或報關費用產生，將由當地海關向您收取，這部分不包含在運費中。

For international shipping, postal service (economy), DHL or UPS (express) can be selected. A tracking number will be provided after the order has been shipped. Kindly be aware that import duties or customs fees, if applicable, are not included in the shipping cost and may be charged by your local authorities.
