注意事項

- eshen ceramics 的每一件作品皆為手工製作並且不上釉，色彩來自各種陶土中天然礦物質的發色。即使同一種土有時燒製後也會有細微的變化，因此不會有完全相同的兩盞燈，每一件作品都是獨一無二。

- 若有客製的需求，例如尺寸、電線長度、電線顏色、銅管長度、軌道接頭顏色、改插頭等等，都歡迎於訂製時提出跟我們討論。

- 由於陶作燒製為批次處理，訂製品需要一定的製作時間，一般為五週左右。若有時間壓力，建議從stocksale 中尋找有緣的品項。

日常保養

- 陶的表面建議以除塵紙定期輕柔擦拭。請勿使用濕毛巾，可能讓灰塵更深入陶的毛細孔。若沾染輕微汙漬，可試著使用 300 號以上的細砂紙稍微打磨後清潔。

- Every piece from eshen ceramics is handmade and unglazed, with their colors derived from the natural mineral composition of various clays. Even the same type of clay can show subtle variations after firing, so no two lamps are identical—each one is truly unique.

- Any custom requests—such as size, cord length, cord color, brass tube length, track light head, or plug conversion—feel free to let us know during the made-to-order process. We’re happy to discuss the possibilities with you.

- As ceramics are fired in batches, made-to-order pieces require a lead time of approximately five weeks. If you have a tight deadline, custom orders may not be suitable—we recommend browsing our stocksale section to find a ready-made piece that speaks to you.

care

- For regular care, we recommend simply using a dust cloth to wipe off any dust. For minor stains, you may gently sand the surface using whithe sandpaper with a grit of 300 or higher.
